for Ghoomar culture IndiaShipping policy of Ghoomar culture India is made for customer convenience. Our manufacturing lead times average 2-4 working days from the customer's order date for customized products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from and after dispatch it takes 3-7 for delivery and it depends on area pin codes.
International Shipping Policy:
We are delighted to offer international shipping to our customers across the globe. All international orders are shipped from India and are handled with care to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Please note that international shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services. Typically, delivery may take 5 to 15 business days, but this may be extended during festive seasons, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international shipments.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate, as we will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Our all products are delivered via reputed courier companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always believe in quality not in quantity. We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies.
If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship).
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
